Two new papers resulting from project GREENVOLTEX

Scientists collaborating on the project IP-2016-06-1913 „Extractions of bioactive compounds from Mediterranean plants with “green solvents” using high-voltage discharge – GREENVOLTEX” (Principal Investigator: Professor Anet Režek Jambrak, Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology) published two papers in two separate issues of the journal Molecules

We would particularly like to highlight that the scientist listed as the first author of both articles is Marinela Nutrizio, PhD student employed within the Foundation’s “Young Researchers’ Career Development Project – Training New Doctoral Students”, whose mentor is Professor Režek Jambrak.
