Associate Professor Ana Meštrović, PhD from the Department of Informatics at the University of Rijeka will be presenting at the conference Women in Data Science (WiDS) Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). The title of her lecture is “Data Science and Infodemic: COVID-19 related information spreading in social media”.

In her talk, she will present the results of the research conducted through the project IP-CORONA-2020-04-2061 “Multilayer Framework for the Information Spreading Characterization in Social Media during the COVID-19 Crisis – InfoCoV“.

The conference will take place on 8 March at 13.00 pm via WEBEX.
